The hand-crafted nature of this range makes it truly unique. Slight variations are exclusive characteristics, reflecting Artisan creativity using traditional techniques. Hand screen printing is a highly skilled practice of producing vibrant designs using a frame, stencils, and pigmented colour.
A highly work-intensive Indian heritage craft, whereby patterns must be allowed to dry completely before attempting the next, building a distinctive, bright fabric. Machine Washable Gentle Cycle.

We ship all of our items using Royal Mail's tracked 48hr service. Orders placed before 1PM Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any other orders will be dispatched the following working day.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item you received is faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we offer a full refund of the purchase amount. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Once we verify the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Change of Mind Returns: If you've had a change of heart and wish to return an item that is undamaged and in its original packaging, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, in these instances, we issue a credit note rather than a refund. The credit note can be used both in our physical store and for online purchases. To proceed with a change of mind return:
- Notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact hello@bwelllife.co.uk
- Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
- Ship the item back to us at your expense.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a credit note that can be redeemed on your next purchase.
