We ship all of our items using Royal Mail's tracked 48hr service. Orders placed before 1PM Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any other orders will be dispatched the following working day.

However, in these instances, we issue a credit note rather than a refund. The credit note can be used both in our physical store and for online purchases. To proceed with a change of mind return:

- Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
- Ship the item back to us at your expense.
