About the Brand -
Hawie and Nisah are a husband-and-wife team. Nisah is highly skilled in the art of wire work jewellery, with an inspiring ability to twist, wrap and crochet metal into effortless, delicate designs.
However, it had become increasingly difficult to expand and maintain the local market for their jewellery, whilst also caring for their children and extended family. Our partnership was timely, helping to bring their beautiful and unique work to the international market. The business relies on the intpreting and selling skills of Jenny. Since 2016 we have worked with Jenny and Nisah to hone and adapt their designs. The result has been a sustained success, with their jewellery sold in museum and stately home gift shops, and accessorising established clothing lines and collections.
We offer free shipping on all orders over £35
We ship all of our items using Royal Mail's tracked 48hr service. Orders placed before 1PM Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any other orders will be dispatched the following working day.
You should receive your item within 2-3 working days from ordering.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item you received is faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we offer a full refund of the purchase amount. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide clear images or a detailed description of the fault or damage.
- Once we verify the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Change of Mind Returns: If you've had a change of heart and wish to return an item that is undamaged and in its original packaging, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, in these instances, we issue a credit note rather than a refund. The credit note can be used both in our physical store and for online purchases. To proceed with a change of mind return:
- Notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact hello@bwelllife.co.uk
- Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
- Ship the item back to us at your expense.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a credit note that can be redeemed on your next purchase.
