How Long Does The Fragrance Last?

The stones come already infused with the energising blend of 14 aromatherapy oils and will stay fragrant for up to 3 months. But don't worry, you can top-up the fragrance with the Emotif Smart Stones oil to keep the aroma levels at their most effective. Just add 1-2 capfuls every few weeks.

2. Change of Mind Returns: If you've had a change of heart and wish to return an item that is undamaged and in its original packaging, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, in these instances, we issue a credit note rather than a refund. The credit note can be used both in our physical store and for online purchases. To proceed with a change of mind return:

• Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging.
• Ship the item back to us at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a credit note that can be redeemed on your next purchase.
