How To Use
Simply place the jar near the pillow of the snorer and open half an hour before bedtime to establish the aroma in the room. Breathe in the astringent and relaxing aromas all night long replacing the lid on waking, job done! Can also be used as an inhalant direct from the jar to assist with sinus issues or help alleviate cough and cold symptoms.

How Long Does The Fragrance Last?
The jar will work at full potency for at least 2 months and then you can top-up the fragrance with the refresher oil to keep the aroma levels at their most effective. We recommend refreshing snore stones regularly so they deliver peak performance, add 2 capfuls every few weeks. The stones themselves never need to be replaced
